Fitness and Health

Fitness means different to different people. To some, being able to run a marathon is fitness; to others, being able to walk unaided for a block is fitness. We really don't have to be an athlete or a fitness model or even a body builder to be considered fit. It's true that athlete, fitness models and body builders have a very high levels of fitness but walking for an hour daily also create a good level of fitness.

A body's fitness and health needs to be maintained, it is not for the benefit of the others but for ourselves. Any fitness and health routine, exercises, tips has different purpose and benefits. Each of them has their own sets of goals. One kind of exercise helps you develop endurance, agility for the other one and flexibility in another. We just need to find what kind of exercise we really need.

Another thing that could contribute to our fitness and health would be our food intake, or what we often call our DIET. Losing all those unnecessary fats and lose all those weight could help a lot in maintaining fitness. Our weight actually is the main measurement of fitness, if you're so thin, it is unhealthy, being so fat also is unhealthy. We need to maintain weight not to just have a body figure but also to have a proper fitness.
